Martin Caba
Executive Director

Martin Caba is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science
and Sociology. He also holds two advanced degrees from the University of Connecticut: a Master's in International Studies and a Master's
in Business Administration. Martin brings experience in business administration, consulting, non-profit management, programming
and development. His early work includes counseling experience at Medgar Evers College’s Educational Talent Search Program,
and most recently program management and development at Grand Street Settlement. During his tenure at Grand Street, he established
and served as Program Director for the College and Career Discovery Center. He was also instrumental in piloting programs such as
the Young Father’s Program, Music Production Program and adult education and community initiatives.
Elizabeth O'Connor Director, Juvenile Justice Program elizabeth@domeproject.org
Elizabeth O'Connor is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
and English Writing Arts and a concentration in Commercial Graphic Design. She also earned her Master's degree in Forensic Psychology
at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she interned with Judge Michael A. Corriero in New York County Supreme Court's
Youth Part. Prior to entering the nonprofit world, she spent 10 years managing internet design projects and departments at
Newsweek.com, IBM eBusiness and eScholastic. Over the years, she has volunteered as a Play Therapist at New York Presbyterian's
Pediatric AIDS clinic, as an Emergency Department Advocate with Mt. Sinai's Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention (SAVI)
Program, as a Teacher's Aide at Head Start and as a Mentor at the Women's Prison Association. She joined The DOME Project
as Director of the Juvenile Justice Program in January of 2005.
Shaneé Daley
Counselor, Juvenile Justice Program shanee@domeproject.org
Shaneé Daley joined The DOME Project staff in August 2005 after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor's
degree in Psychology and a concentration in Criminal Justice. She interned in college working with domestic violence victims
and their families where she gained practical knowledge in counseling. Currently, Shaneé is pursuing her Master’s Degree
in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Robert De Jesus Counselor, Juvenile Justice Program

Robert De Jesus joined The DOME Project in October of 2006 after leaving his post as a Juvenile Counselor at a residential treatment
center in Westchester County. A native of the South Bronx, he wanted to work with young people who were looking for a second
chance. Robert received his Bachelor's degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing his Master's
in Public Administration at John Jay as well.
Katarina Then Counselor, Juvenile Justice Program

Katarina Then joined The DOME Project in October of 2006 after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration
in Sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. During her undergraduate studies, Katarina held a position as
a research assistant for a study on neighborhood crime and community policing. She assisted in documenting the events and goals for
a community coalition against crime, intending to provide disadvantaged youth with outlets to channel their aggression. Ms. Then also
worked alongside a study on group interventions for adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse as a research assistant.
